a judgement is taken in Indu's favour, after she requests the court at Hitler Ki Adaalat, to grant her father an ultimatum of twenty-four hours to prove his innocence. Rishi on the other hand, assures Indu of his return within the given ultimatum. Indira feeds her family watching them at misery. However, she gets furious seeing their greediness and irrelevant behaviour. Indira receives a court order that asks Rishi to pay the money; he was obliged to pay to the court. Annoyed and frustrated, Indira decides to abort her baby while, Indu tries to stop her.
