Mr. Chhabra, who owns runs a construction firm, meets the Commissioner. He informs them that one of his housing projects is haunted and no one wants to stay in that house. Commissioner summons Adi and Manav to take up the case and Adi takes up the challenge and decides to pay a visit to the haunted house.
