The opera *The Fundamental Laws of Human Stupidity*, commissioned by the 82nd Maggio Musicale Fiorentino Festival and staged at the Teatro Goldoni in Florence, is a musical work by Vittorio Montalti, directed by Giancarlo Cauteruccio.
